Thank you so much for gracing us with your presence at “Yappy Days” for Mutts & Models | The Fundraiser for Underprivileged Pets, Denver’s premier canine fashion show. Words can’t express how much we value your support for PetAid’s Animal Hospital, Care Grants, and Community Outreach programs, all of which transform the lives of pets belonging to owners who have financial, physical, and geographical barriers to obtaining veterinary care.
Kyle Clark and Danielle Grant from 9News kicked off the night with a reception and silent auction before the live auction and paddle raiser began—much to the delight and entertainment of our nearly 550 attendees. Guests continued to mix and mingle, sipping on cocktails and enjoying a delicious array of hors d’oeuvres in anticipation of the always lively fashion show. Our eclectic lineup included 31 models and 22 different dog breeds, featuring several prominent local personalities such as Chanel 2’s Ernie Bjorkman and Greg Nieto, Comedy Works’ Wende Curtis, news personality Vanessa Bernal, Michael Moore owner of Moore For Life, and recently published author Gavin Ehringer.
Because of the participation of our kindhearted donors and volunteers, PetAid is able to prevent unnecessary suffering and relinquishment of pets who are helpless and hurting. The joy of saving an animal’s life is indescribable, and it’s your belief in PetAid’s mission that enables us in creating further access and opportunities for the pets and people who need our help most.
Once again, please accept our sincere thanks for your support of the 17th annual Mutts & Models | The Fundraiser for Underprivileged Pets!
